"El Gallinero"–An Artists' & Writers' Refuge in Granada

Dear Maureen,
I am writing to explore the possibility of renting a single room in your artist residence and working at the same time in your etching studio for a two-three week period. I have been working on etching for three years. I have also a large portfolio of poems and am intrigued by your projects illustrating poetry with etchings on hand-made paper. My most ambitious etching so far was a four plate/color etching and aquatint using Photoshop color separation of a digital photo. I am only an “emerging, intermediate” artist, however, and the above color print was the first work I’ve sold. Obviously I have a lot to learn.
Would you please send me information on either the last workshop of this 2010 summer or on any two-three week period you have openings after October 2010?
